Cyclus is a project meant to test ping latency to a datacenter server. Much of internet "Lag" in games or realtime communication is more likely due to latency rather than internet speed this site provides an ad free way to view this. Ideally this graph should be as flat as possible, any large spikes indicate some packets are being delivered slower than others
